"I was trying to find a washer, but..."
I was trying to find a washer, but the site just felt slow and clunky the whole time. The filters were confusing, and the pages kept jumping around on me. I just got tired of dealing with it and ended up looking somewhere else.

"Late delivery and poor tracking"
My order did show up eventually, but it arrived later than the date I was originally given. The tracking wasn’t very reliable either, so I kept having to check for updates and guess what was going on. I blame the seller for not being clearer about the delivery timing. It wasn’t the worst experience, but it was definitely annoying

"Pretty limited selection"
I was hoping there’d be more to browse, but the selection felt kind of limited. Bummer. A few of the brands I was specifically looking for weren’t available either. The site itself is fine and easy enough to use, but there just weren’t enough products for me. Meh

"Install felt sloppy"
I bought a dishwasher the install wasn’t the best. The guys showed up late, seemed like they were in a hurry, and left the cabinet area messier than you’d expect. The hose wasn’t sitting right either, so I had to call them back. They did come out and fix it later, but by that point you’re already dealing with the hassle.

I ordered one specific dishwasher, but somehow a completely different model showed up at my door?? Not sure how that mix-up happened, but now I have to deal with getting it sorted out.

"I went in hoping to get some..."
I went in hoping to get some basic info about washers, but the sales guy didn’t seem too sure about the features and kept having to ask someone else. I get that not everyone knows everything, but isn’t that kind of the point of asking staff?? I left feeling more confused than when I walked in.

"Left Me Frustrated"
This order just put me in a bad mood. The updates took forever, the checkout process felt all over the place, and I had to keep asking what was going on. By the time everything finally got sorted, I was more annoyed than relieved. I don’t think I’d order from donsappliances.com again...

I reached out because I needed a little help, but the replies were really slow. I don’t mind waiting a bit, but it would’ve been reassuring to at least get an update or know someone was looking into it.
